Bihar T10 League 2026 – Refund Policy

By registering for the Bihar T10 League 2026 trials, participants agree to the following refund terms and conditions:

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing payments made to the Bihar T10 League (“the League”, “we”, “our”, “us”) for registrations, trials, tournament fees, and related services. Our financial policies are designed to maintain the operational integrity of the league. 

1. General Policy 

  • All payments made to the Bihar T10 League are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the League management. 

  • By completing a payment for registration or participation, players and stakeholders acknowledge and accept this policy in its entirety.

2. Registration & Trial Fees 

  • Fees paid for registration and participation in trials/selections are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

  • The fee covers the administrative and operational costs of conducting trials and does not guarantee selection into the League. 

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement 

In the event that the Bihar T10 League must cancel or postpone a match, trial, or activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, force majeure, or operational constraints), the League may: 

  • Reschedule the event to a later date, or 

  • Carry forward the credit toward a future league activity or season. 

  • Direct monetary refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of the Bihar T10 League management.

5. Payment Failures & Duplicate Transactions 

  • The League is not responsible for payment gateway failures, bank processing delays, or technical errors outside of our direct digital infrastructure. 

  • In the case of a duplicate transaction (paying twice for the same service), the issue must be reported to our finance team within 7 days with proof of payment for review and potential adjustment. 

5. Adjustment 

  • The Bihar T10 League does not process refunds in cash under any circumstances. 

  • Any approved adjustments or credits will be handled via the original payment method or issued as a credit note for future League participation.

7. Policy Updates 

The Bihar T10 League reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time to stay aligned with operational needs. Continued engagement with the League constitutes acceptance of these terms. 

8. Governing Law 

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
